What is a merchant account??
A Merchant Account is an account set up between a Bank, a Credit Card Processor, and a Merchant, (you). A Merchant Account basically enables you to accept credit cards. Once you have a merchant account you then need a method to process your transactions. You can either choose a Physical Terminal like the Tranz 330, or a Virtual Terminal like Authorize Net. Transactions can be called in with either system but you will have to do a Post Authorization on your terminal.
Do I have to set up a special account with another bank?
No. All you need is a business checking account.
Do you have an application fee?
No! Whether it's a physical terminal or a virtual terminal we will only
charge you for what you need to get started!!! Depending on your needs you can lease or purchase equipment. Some
of our systems are even free to get started!!!
Can I use my merchant account?
In most cases your merchant account will work with one of our systems but
ask for a merchant account check up and we may be able to save you some
money!!!
How much does it cost to add AVS ? (Address Verification System)
We provide AVS at no additional cost to our customers.
How long does it take to complete the application process?
In most cases we can have your merchant account set up in one to two
business days from the time we receive your online application. If you are
local sometimes same day!!!
How long does it take to get my money?
It takes two business days for the funds to be directly deposited into your checking account.
How do I start?
